TimeBank’s “Marching” into Spring- Check Us Out

Hello TimeBankers!  As Spring is on its way, TimeBank is "marching" into the next months with lots of ways to connect to our community and support TimeBank.

THE BIG SHARE

THE BIG SHARE #CSWBigShare is almost here!!!  THE BIG SHARE is next Tuesday, March 6th from 12am-11:59pm.  THE BIG SHARE is an opportunity to support fundraising for the TimeBank and share in the ripples of positive connections, resource exchange, and collaboration across our community.  You can help support TimeBank by giving on March 6th.  We encourage giving during the times listed below.  By giving during the POWER HOURS you have the opportunity to INCREASE your donation's impact.  This year we are featuring our Restorative Justice Youth Court.  You can learn more about TimeBank's Restorative Justice Youth Court and give by clicking the link below:

CIRCLE UP FILM SCREENING and PANEL DISCUSSION

TimeBank is excited about hosting our upcoming film screening and panel discussion with several organizational and individual partners within our community.  CIRCLE UP, a new, award-winning documentary on restorative justice forgiveness, violence prevention, healing, and human dignity.  The screening will be followed by Q&A with director, Julie Mallozzi, and panel discussion with individuals working on or participating in restorative justice initiatives locally.  The event is next Saturday, March 10th from 2pm-5pm at the Discovery Building on the UW Madison Campus (330 N. Orchard St. Madison 53715). Free childcare will be available.

TimeBank will have an information table at the event.  If you would like to help share information about the TimeBank at the event, please contact info@danecountytimebank.org.

MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITY

There has been a lot of activity among TimeBank Members this month.  Some examples of recent exchanges include: providing conflict resolution assistance, water color instruction, drop-in yoga, and MORE.  We also welcomed 4 new TimeBank Members this month (February).
