I bake out rye sourdough every Thursday out of my home, and deliver to Madison's N & E sides! All flours are milled locally and recently, from organically grown WI grains. I offer a variety of additions (i.e. Seedelicious, Olivetti, Za'atar, Garlic caraway) kneaded into 4 doughs using combinations of rye, wheat, and sifted wheat flours.
