I'd like someone to do a weight circuit with, or better yet, someone to put together a strength program for me. I am thinking of joining a gym again. Even someone who would email or call periodically to ask if I have been slacking off would help me stay motivated. I have been using weight machines off and on for decades, so I know how to use them, but there is always the question, how much weight for how many reps. Any advice would be deeply appreciated!
