Hi, I still have far too much Canned Food. Some have been pressure canned, and some have been hot water bath canned, depending on what they are. Lots of tomato-based products. I have half pint , Pint , and quart sized jars. Most ingredients have been grown by me, in an organic environment.
Half-pint size - half hour of time.
Pint size - 45 minutes of time.
Quart size - 1 hour of time.
I am also able to 'teach' home-canning, if that's something you would be interested in - would prefer if we do this in my own kitchen. I live on the west side of Madison.
