Restorative Justice Hotline Scenario Practice
Dane County Time Bank's Restorative Justice Hotline provides guidance and resource connections for those experiencing conflict with friends, family, neighbors, and law enforcement. The hotline operates on a community-based set of values that utilizes 360-degree accountability, mutual concern, dignity and respect. The hotline provides empathetic guidance and equity focused resource connections. The hotline operates Monday through Sunday, 4pm-8pm.
After attending an orientation, Hotline Volunteers will have opportunities to practice having restorative conversations with other volunteers and Restorative Justice practitioners from Dane County TimeBank. Ideally, volunteers who feel comfortable at the end of these practices will be able to sign up to be on call for two hour shifts.
Please RSVP on this page to attend. You will then receive a link to register for the Zoom meeting.
