Black Community of Practice
Members of the Black Community of Practice have received training in abolitionist restorative justice and have made a commitment to mentor students at Lafollette High School. They completed a 5-day training in March that covered various topics including belonging, restorative practice, transformative agreements, and repair in the Black community. The group is being co-facilitated by Bill Baldon and Damita Brown. This training will be offered again to community members in the future. For more information, please contact Damita Brown at firstname.lastname@example.org.
